Alabama Daycare Workers Charged With Abusing Toddler Girl

Two Alabama daycare employees were arrested this week on charges of abusing a toddler in their care. Tanya Teresa Lapsley, 56, and Wanda Hearn Henderson, 63, are each charged with aggravated child abuse, AL.com reported.
