North Carolina authorities have issued an Amber Alert for  9-year-old Kinzley Paige Hooper who disappeared in Asheboro. Kinzley is believed to be with 60-year-old Darrell Milton Boyd Jr in a tan 2003 Buick Rendezvous with North Carolina tag number TKL3081, WGHP reported.
