A former employee of a Virginia Chinese restaurant has been charged with killing the owner and seriously wounding the man’s son. Emporia Police Chief Ricky Pinksaw said officers responded to the China Garden restaurant at about 8:30 p.m. Wednesday and found Te Yang dead and his son, Jamie Yang, with multiple gunshot wounds.
