Federal appeals court rejects challenge to capital’s ban on 'extra large capacity magazines'

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit ruled against gun owners who said that they needed extra-large capacity magazines for self defense. One Trump-appointed judge dissented.
