A multi-vehicle crash killed 3 people and injured at least 14 others in Illinois on Wednesday. The incident took place shortly before 2 a.m. local time, when a Greyhound bus was heading west on Interstate 70 near Highland, Illinois.
According to state police, the bus collided with three parked big rigs situated on an exit ramp leading to a rest area.
Emergency services responded to the scene, and four individuals were airlifted to the hospital, while at least 10 others were transported by ambulance.
The cause of the crash is under investigations. The victims were not yet identified.
