A manhunt is in progress for two inmates who fled an Arkansas detention center earlier this week, one of whom is a suspect in a capital murder case. Noah Roush, 22, and Jatonia Bryant, 23, were found to missing from the Dub Brassell Adult Detention Center in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, on Monday morning, as reported by the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office.
The escape of the inmates occurred within a 48-hour window before authorities realized their absence. The means by which they managed to escape remains unclear.
Law enforcement has issued a warning that both individuals are deemed “dangerous,” and only authorized personnel should approach them.
Roush had been held at the center on probable cause for residential burglary and theft of property, and he was also a suspect in a homicide.
He is described as a white male, 6 feet 2 inches tall, weighing 180 pounds. Bryant, detained on probable cause for capital murder, is described as a Black male, 5 feet 11 inches tall, weighing 145 pounds.
