Maryland Judge Fatally Shot Outside His Home

A Maryland judge was fatally shot in the driveway of his Hagerstown home Thursday night. The Washington County Sheriff’s Office, which responded calls at about 8 p.m., identified the victim as Circuit Court Judge Andrew Wilkinson, 52.
