Missing 82-year-old Had Dinner with Child Molester Handyman Before Vanishing

A Washington man wanted in connection with the disappearance of 82-year-old Marcia Norman was arrested early Tuesday after a SWAT team was deployed in Missoula. Jeffrey Kian Zizz, 47, appeared in Missoula County Justice Court on Tuesday afternoon. Police said he violated probation conditions by fleeing from authorities.
