Missing Woman Found Dead in Car at Boston’s Logan Airport

BOSTON – The lifeless body of Margaret “Maggie” Mbitu, a 30-year-old woman from Whitman who had gone missing, was discovered inside a vehicle at Logan Airport, WBZ reported Thursday.

After police issued a “be on the lookout” alert for the vehicle, it was subsequently located during the night, parked within an airport parking garage.

Investigators are currently constructing a timeline of events using video surveillance footage. Mbitu was last seen leaving her workplace in Halifax on Monday night.

Authorities are now actively seeking her partner, who is believed to have departed the country on a flight.
