During a press conference, Jan Eriksson, the park’s CEO said, “”Today is a day of mourning at Grona Lund, we’ve had a very serious accident in the roller coaster Jetline, where one person has died and nine people have been injured. […] Something like this should not happen at Grona Lund, and yet it happened.”
The injured individuals were receiving medical treatment at a hospital, with three of them sustaining severe injuries, authorities said.
One person has reportedly been killed and seven children and adults have been injured at the Grona Lund theme park in Stockholm, and are being treated at hospital.
