Saudi Fighter Jet Crashes, Killing All Crewmembers

According to an official statement from the kingdom, an incident occurred during a training exercise on Wednesday, where a Saudi F-15SA fighter jet crashed, resulting in the loss of all crew members on board.

The crash took place in the vicinity of King Khalid Air Base in Khamis Mushait.

As of now, the cause of the crash remains unknown, and an investigation is underway, said military spokesperson Brig. Gen. Turki al-Malki.

The F-15SA is a two-seat fighter jet, and the number of fatalities in the crash has not been immediately disclosed by Saudi Arabia.

The Royal Saudi Air Force maintains a fleet of several McDonnell Douglas fighter jets.
