Three Philadelphia men were arrested after two women were found with gunshot wounds —one shot in the head—

Carley Elbert, 32, was filmed ‘rapping’ by the ocean in Atlantic City just days before being murdered at the same spot six days later

Kamille Stewart, 29, was found next to Elbert and was rushed to AtlantiCare Medical Center for treatment

The video reportedly shows a car arriving just after 2 a.m. with five people, who walk the boardwalk for about 20 minutes before only two return and drive off.

Gregg Page, 34, has been charged with murder, attempted murder and associated weapons offenses
