VIDEO RELEASED: Former Police Officer Kills 3 in California Bar Shooting

Three people were killed and six wounded in a shooting in a Southern California bar. The Orange County Sheriff’s Department has just released video of the incident that happened on August 23. One of the people shot was the suspect’s ex-wife, who authorities believe was the target of the shooting.
