Florida Woman Arrested After Biting Ear Off Another Woman During Fight Over Vape Pens And Alcohol

BAY COUNTY, Fla. – The Bay County Sheriff’s Office made an announcement on Thursday regarding the arrest of two women on charges of battery and felony battery causing bodily harm.

On July 4th, 2023, the BCSO responded to a distress call concerning an assault and battery incident at 6530 Olokee Street in Callaway. Upon investigation, it was determined that the incident had taken place at a house party organized by unsupervised minors at 6526 Olokee St. Just after midnight, a physical altercation occurred at the home involving several men in the party’s yard.

During the altercation, Macy Regan attempted to leave and head back to her own house at 6530 Olokee. However, Dixie Stiles, who was present at the party, confronted Regan, accusing her of stealing alcohol and vape pens.

In the midst of the confrontation, Regan produced a 9MM handgun from her waistband. Stiles reacted by pushing the firearm away, which led to a physical altercation between the two women. During the scuffle, Regan bit off the top of Stiles’ ear. As a result of the fight, both parties sustained multiple bruises and lacerations. Stiles’ ear could not be reattached due to the severity of the injury.

Following the incident, 18-year-old Stiles has been charged with battery, specifically the offense of touch or strike. Meanwhile, 23-year-old Regan is facing charges of felony battery causing bodily harm. The investigation is still ongoing.
